Hi Piotrkowska 155 is an office complex consisting of two office buildings with retail and service part, and the Hampton by Hilton hotel. The 20-floor office tower rising 82 m will be the tallest office building in Łódź. The other office building will have 5 floors. In total, they will offer 26,000 sqm of rental space, of which 21,000 sqm will be A+ class office space and 5,000 sqm of retail space. The Hampton by Hilton hotel will offer 149 rooms and restaurant. Hi Piotrkowska 155 is characterized by an excellent location and exposition within the city. It is located both at the Piotrkowska street – the longest high street in Poland and at Piłsudskiego avenue, one of the main roads in Łódź.

DESIGN
In the heart of the business district of Gdansk arises newest building Olivia Business Center, a 180-meter Olivia Star. It will be the highest building in northern Poland and one of the highest in Poland. From the top floors Olivia Star, over 150 meters above the ground, you will be able to admire the panorama in Poland. The Olivia Star ground floor will be most interesting combined with a glass winter garden that has been designed to be a lively, exotic flora full of educational and artistic events.

DESIGN
The construction of the Spokojna 2 office building began in August 2015, and will end in the first quarter of 2018. Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowe Orion is an investor of the building, General contractor is the Budimex construction company, and the architectural concept was developed by Bieńkowski Lis Mierzwa Architects. In the immediate vicinity there are the Rezydencja Ogrodowa, the Campanile hotel and the Kamienica building at Cicha 4. The office building will be built in the A + + standard along with a multi-location garage in the underground.
